Время от времени начинается на серваке такая вот хренотень(см. скриншот). При этом он прекращает принимать коннекты мотивируя: "TNS-12516: TNS:listener could not find available handler with matching protocol stack
WARNING: Subscription for node down event still pending"
Статус листнераа в норме. Ума не приложу, что ему не нравится :(
